PureOHS from Dupont Learning
Not every occupational health and safety program is the same. The PureOHS modules are built with highly confgurable forms, reports, graphs and real-time dashboards so your users get the information they need in the format best suited to your organization. As a web-based system, PureOHS is available on any mobile device, including iPads and other tablets. Installation is simply opening the browser on the device and logging into the application, with no IT support required. Additionally, PureOHS accepts data from most human resource management systems so employee information can be uploaded automatically and updated on a regular schedule.
Safety Management/Incidents Module
Reporting illness cases, injuries, observations and near misses The incidents module is a complete safety management tool with the functionality and confgurability your team needs. Reporting and tracking injuries is usually a manual process and companies that report improperly may be subject to government-imposed penalties. Allow managers, supervisors and other employees to easily submit incidents, near misses or other conditions that could lead to an incident or injury. Review data to assign follow-up tasks and take action to mitigate future risk. Easily export reports (including OSHA 300, 301, 301a) that are ready to upload to the OSHA website.
Case Management Module
Managing return-to-work and workers compensation OSHA requires companies to report all workplace injuries and work-related illness to the OSHA website. It is critical that you can easily capture and submit that information. As workers undertake quarantine or other time off for illness or injuries, federal and state governments require that companies document what happened and report it back to the appropriate agencies. With a complete case manager toolset, companies can manage injured or ill employees back to work safely and efciently while streamlining communication across the organization. You can easily track and understand which employees are on quarantine or restricted duty, and account for lost days for those employees so workers can return as quickly and safely as is practical.
Surveillance Module

PureOHS helps companies track employee compliance with any medical surveillance program, including respirator fit testing, DOT physicals and immunizations. Up to date and accurate reports show current surveillance status across the company by department or supervisor, and help you quickly understand who is due for which service and when. You can automate email reminders for upcoming tests or notifcations for past due employees. Confgurable encounter screens support streamlined workflows and electronic signatures.
