The Priority Management System includes a 30-minute live Zoom meeting with a Dupont Learning Time Management consultant, a 2-hour, self-paced, e-learning course, and then one or two more Zoom meetings to help you integrate and personalize your new Priority Management System. In this course you will learn how to take control of your time so that you can minimize unproductive activities so you can concentrate on the things that move you toward your goals. The Priority Manager system includes using your own calendaring/email system (Outlook?), combined with key habits to manage your goals, projects, calendar events, tasks, promises and commitments, weekly/daily planning routines, daily decision-making, and more. The results will be more time and focus on key activities, less stress, better control of your life.
